speak, listen and think critically and with empathy. Using lyrics to popular hip-hop music, workshop participants will
examine new methods of culturally responsive teaching, instructional
strategies and conflict resolution geared toward students of all
learning styles. Art Sanctuary, in partnership with National Liberty Museum, invite educators of grades 5-12 to attend this workshop facilitated by Hip-Hop Curator H. Bernard Hall.
Learn how to use Art Sanctuary's hip-hop guide, "Do the Knowledge," in your classroom. You can get this free downloadable guide from our website. To register, please contact Kevin Orangers at 215.925.2800 x133 or teachertraining@libertymuseum.org.
