Join our community partner Memorial Church of the Good Shepherd and award-winning photographer Lonnie Graham for a rare slide show presentation of his color photographs of Ethiopian churches hewn out of stone cliffs. Lonnie Graham's work explores spiritual connections among people.  Reception follows.

 10th Anniversary Gala: A Shepherd Among Us

Join us at this extraordinary event celebrating the life and the social justice ministry of the late Father Paul Washington.

A Shepherd Among Us, an original choral work for mass choir by Grammy-nominated composer Hannibal Lokumbe (African Portraits)  will be led by  conductor and master keyboardist J. Donald Dumpson. Featuring internationally acclaimed bass-baritone Kevin Deas, the Clayton White Singers, Bright Hope Baptist Church's Celestial Choir, and The African Episcopal Church of St. Thomas, The Chancel Choir. Honored guests include hip-hop artists, The Roots.
