I am just a Mom with lots of stories to tell...
" A few years ago, I started writing stories about my childhood in India and making them into Handmade Storybooks, so my American children could get an idea of how other children live. Soon I found that there are so many other people who have stories to tell. I started asking them for their stories and soon I was creating Chinese-English bi-lingual storybooks and a storybook about an ant from the Amazonian Rainforest." Sushmita, an EWI artist member, is working one-on-one with our staff to build her business strategy to market her handmade storybooks and educational workshops to art communities, museums and after school programs.
