Revision International Fundraising Dinner - Thursday, June 17, 2010
Revision International is a Denver non-profit organization that helps educate and provide resources to urban families so they can grow and sustain organic vegetable gardens.
Balistreri Wines will be paired with each course at this fundraising dinner.
Enjoy a Balistreri Wine tasting followed by a five course dinner created by Chef Jon Edwards from Gaia Bistro. All proceeds will benefit Revision International's RE:FARM DENVER Program.

Hot Rocks Griller Challenge - Wednesday, June 16th, 2010
The Balistreri's supported this event last year and it was the party of the Summer!
 Balistreri Wines will be paired with each slider at this not-to-be-missed event!
It's 12 of Denver's top chefs grilling real food in a heated competition. Enjoy savory, juicy sliders and hearty side dishes, live music and all the fun. And the best part? It's all to help raise awareness and funds for Denver Health Foundation's men's health programs.
The Hot Rocks Griller Challenge includes the following: -Eleven of Denver's top chef's competing in a "Sliders & Sides" competition, plus a Dessert chef station- new in 2010-The kick-off to Elway's outdoor summer "live" music concert series-A Pop-A-Shot Challenge with great opportunities to win-A special silent auction focusing on several unique items-A fun, casual evening outdoors that raises funds for men's health
