Greetings! 
We have a few tasty events coming up that we invite you to join us for. First, the date has been set for our annual spring barrel tasting dinners. It will be a treat to taste the new 2009 wines straight from the barrels and we have some amazing chefs lined up.
We also have a mid week wine dinner scheduled for Tuesday March 9th at 1515 Restaurant with Metro State H,T& E Department.
And...Yes, we're warming up the cellar once again this month. Our first Cooking with Wine in the Cellar event on Feb 6th filled up so quickly! We had so many guests that wanted to attend. We just couldn't accommodate everyone due to our limited space. So, we decided to do it one more time! Once again, space is limited so you must make a reservation.

Cooking with Wine in the Cellar
We are warming up the cellar one more time! If you didn't make it to the February 6th event, we invite you to join us for a sampling! The Balistreri Family will be demonstrating and sharing some of their favorite dishes made with wine. Each recipe is made with wine and is also paired with wine. Sample these tasty recipes while enjoying the latest Balistreri wines.
The available time slots are:
