Greetings!
Wow. I can't believe it's been a year since I quit my "regular job" to pursue my dream. This past year has been such a whirlwind and, as I reflect, I realize just how much I really enjoyed all of it. Even the pieces that didn't seem so fun at the time have turned out to be such incredible learning opportunities that I wouldn't change a thing. I can't wait to see what the next year has in store for all of us. I know its going to be great!

We're Completely Mobile 
Yes, its true. After 4 years of having my own space in Elk River, I have decided to close my current physical location and increase my focus on providing services in a variety of locations! I am so excited about the freedom and flexibility this will give me. In addition to the one-on-one services I provide and the classes I teach, I have several projects in the works and this will allow me to move forward at a pace that feels more comfortable.
To schedule a one-on-one appointment, see below. Classes and groups will continue in a variety of locations. Watch the calendar for more information. |

Wednesdays I am available from 9am-2:30pm* at Moe's Therapeutic Massage in Elk River. The address is 934 Highway 10 and it is directly across the highway from Dairy Queen and in the lower level of the same building as Where the Books Are.
Thursdays I am available from 11am-3pm* at Silver Unicorn Books/The Purse Place in Rogers. The address is 12811 Main Street and it is just south of Highway 94 in downtown Rogers.

Check out our new Mind Body Spirit Healing Session! This session, designed especially for you, incorporates a variety of modalities for the optimal healing experience. These sessions are available over the phone as well. All you need is a quiet, comfortable space to be where you will not be disturbed and a phone. New Membership Level Being Offered
Lodestone is a network of healing arts practitioners, businesses, and organizations that provide events, programs, products and services that support mind, body, and spirit wellness.
Mission Statement:
To increase health and well being in the community by developing awareness of different healing practices and fostering collaboration amongst its practitioners.
Objectives:
- To connect practitioners who conduct themselves with honesty and integrity with each other and clients.
- To support practitioners in their growth, both personally and professionally.
- To be a resource for both practitioners and clients.
We are now offering an Associate Membership level for those who are unable to attend meetings regularly or prefer a more flexible payment option. Fee for the Associate Membership is $50/year and $15/meeting when you are able to attend meetings. The membership includes listing on the Lodestone website in as many categories as you provide services in.

Choose from a CD with two tracks, a 20 minute session and a 50 minute session or audio files that can be emailed to you allowing you the option to burn a CD, use from your computer or upload to your MP3 player!
