Film coverJan. 16th:  "Anyone and Everyone"

Parents from diverse cultures and faiths share intimate accounts of how their gay children revealed their sexual orientation and discuss their responses.  Included are families from such diverse backgrounds as Japanese, Bolivian, and Cherokee, as well as religious denominations such as Mormon, Jewish, Roman Catholic, Hindu, and Southern Baptist.  A power-ful moving film ALL parents should see!

Film coverFeb. 20th:  "Inlaws & Outlaws"

With remarkable honesty, humor, and real heart, this film cleverly weaves together true stories of couples and singles -- both gay and straight -- to celebrate what we all have in common: we love. Who's gay? Who's straight?  Who's with whom?  At first, as they are interviewed separately, we don't quite know.  As their stories unfold and stereotypes fall by the wayside, you won't care anymore because you'll be rooting for everybody!

Film coverMar. 20th:  "In Good Conscience:  Sister Jeannine Gramick's Journey of Faith"

The true story an American nun who is defying a Vatican edict that she end her compassionate ministry to gay Catholics, and silence herself on the subject of homosexuality. She eventually attempts an audience with her key adversary in Rome - none other than Cardinal Joseph Ratzinger - the Inquisitor who would become Pope Benedict XVI.

Film coverApr. 17th:  "For the Bible Tells Me So"

Can the love between two people ever be an abomination? Is the chasm separating gays and lesbians and Christianity too wide to cross? Is the Bible an excuse to hate? Through the experiences of five very normal, very Christian, very American families, we discover how insightful people of faith handle the realization of having a gay child.

Film coverMay 15th:  "The Asphalt Gospel"

On Easter 2006 six ordinary people left their homes, jobs and families for a journey on foot into the heart of America.  Against the background of increasing intolerance from the Christian Right, they spread a message of compassion and inclusion. The story of their 2,500 mile walk to Washington, DC will surprise you and maybe make you feel a little more hopeful.
