Business Feature of the Month! Pin Up Salon For those of you who have not strolled up to the 4th floor recently, there have been some mighty big changes! We have welcomed Pin Up Hair Salon, located in Suite 467, to the building. According to owner Heather Desaulniers, "Pin Up is an eco-conscious salon, using natural/organic color and product lines. We try to reduce our waste any way we can by using less, reclaiming building materials, buying local, thinking long term, even composting ! We are constantly learning how to better ourselves and our industry. We would like to offer special pricing to our mill neighbors, $10-15 off each service. We are open Wednesday - Saturday for now, but will be adding more stylists and hours for spring!" Please stop by to say hello!

Trade Table Sign up now! This month Kent Creative is featured in the main lobby of Washington Street Mill. Kent Creative (formerly Kent Communications) was founded in 1990. Crystal Kent has more than 20 years of experience in writing, art direction, and marketing. She also does extensive free-lance writing and has written for newspapers, magazines and books. Please feel free to contact Crystal, or stop by her office on the 3rd floor of the Picker Building, Suite 311. Coming up next month: Met Life
Reserve your trade table by emailing Brittany Verville. Here is how it works: Mill businesses exhibit for one month. The mills will provide the table and the linens. The business is responsible for setting up the display, monitoring the display while it's up (making sure display is in good order, keeping business cards supplied etc.), and removing the display when the month is done. Brittany will keep the calendar and remind folks when time is up, and when the next business can set up. We are already booking into the next few months, so please sign up now! |
Got News?
Be Featured in our Newsletter! If you have news of your business, please contact Brittany Verville by the 1st of each month. The newsletter will come out mid-month. If you have information about new products, new services, events, and so on- we'd love to share it.
