will be on display in our offices until Sunday, August 21st. The show is open to the public Saturdays and Sundays from Noon to 4pm. All art is for sale. The show includes summer-themed watercolors, prints, photography, note cards and beach glass jewelry.

Vermilion Farmers Market Begins this Saturday!

The Vermilion Farmers Market begins this Saturday, July 16th at 10am in Victory Park, south of the railroad tracks. The Market is open until 2pm with new vendors and products. Local produce, baked goods, fresh cut flowers and olive oils are among the selection vendors will be offering this summer. Plan to shop for locally grown and produced items Saturdays beginning July 16th through September 24th, from 10am - 2pm.

"Christmas in July " on July 22nd and 23rd

Join the fun on Friday, July 22nd and Saturday, July 23rd in downtown Vermilion.
On Friday @ 8:30p.m., Santa will arrive by boat at Exchange Park. Following Santa's entrance and fun with the families, there will be a FREE holiday-themed movie. On Saturday, the Erie Metro Parks will have FREE activities for children at the former Wakefield property to the east of the Main Street Beach. Activity times are at 10am and Noon.
Shop and dine in downtown Vermilion and maybe find that early holiday gift or a bargain or two!

Tickets now on sale for Luncheon and Home Tour

The Annual Benefit Ladies Luncheon

at Chez Francois is set for Tuesday, August 30th at Noon. Tickets are $75 per person.

The Fall Home Tour will be held on Saturday, September 17th from 10 - 3. Tickets for the Home Tour are $20 per person (advance) and $25 the day of the Tour.

Tickets are on sale at the Main Street office. Checks should be made out to Main Street Vermilion, Inc.

Proceeds from both events support the programs of Main Street Vermilion.

Own a Piece of "Old Vermilion"

Historic Vermilion Town Hall Theater Chairs are being offered for sale by the building's owners. The antique chairs are solid wood and iron. Chairs are individually numbered. They can be purchased separately or in a group. A group of 4 chairs is on display at our office. To arrange for an appointment to look at the chairs in the Town Hall, call or email Darin Gillis @ 440-715-5894 or dgillis16@gmail.com. Main Street Vermilion will receive a donation from the sale of each chair.
