"Sea and Shore" Art Show

The Arts Guild of Main Street
Vermilion presents its first summer show with the theme: Sea and Shore. The art for sale includes beach glass jewelry, kaleidoscopes with beach glass, photography, paintings and more! The show runs through July 4th. The gallery, located in the Main Street office, is open Saturdays and Sundays from noon to 4 and during special events.

Fun Stuff for Sale!

Main Street Vermilion is now selling Holiday Cards, Coasters and Cat's Meow figures.
- There are 4 coasters in a set and a choice of either vintage (shown) or current photos by Vermilionite and Main Street member Scorr Dommin. Sets are $20 each.
- The holiday cards feature a winter photograph of the Vermilion River also by Scott Dommin. Cards are sold in packs of 10 including envelopes for $10. The cards are blank inside for your personalization.
- Only a few Cat's Meow Vermilion Town Hall figures are left! Complete your Vermilion collection with this limited edition building, priced at only $10.
All proceeds from the gift sales benefit the programs of
Main Street Vermilion.

Coming in July - Vermilion Farm Market

The Vermilion Farmers Market is back by popular demand at new times and with new vendors. Local produce, baked goods, fresh cut flowers and olive oils are among the selection vendors will be offering this summer. Plan to shop for locally grown and produced items Saturdays beginning July 16th through September 24th, from 10am - 2pm. |

Heritage Ohio Conference in Piqua, Ohio

The office will be closed 6/28 - 6/29
I will be out of the office Tuesday, June 28th and Wednesday June 29th to attend a Heritage Ohio conference in Piqua. This month's meeting topic on Tuesday is "What goes into a successful downtown plan?" being presented by the Poggemeyer Design Group. "Learn all of the components of a downtown plan and what it takes for cities to energize their revitalization efforts" -description of the program. On Wednesday I will be networking with other Main Street Ohio managers.
