Today: Sign our petition to show support Environmental Health Coalition invites you this Saturday to the artistic event "The Alamar Belongs to All of Us." The Alamar River runs from Tecate to the Pacific Ocean and is an important waterway in Baja California. Significant portions are being paved for channelization, which is destroying the natural waterway and green space and eliminating opportunities for sustainable development.At Saturday's event, you, your family and friends can learn more about the importance of the Alamar River and the campaign "Sustainable Alamar" to save and restore the natural green space surrounding it. The event includes music, dance, photography exhibits, painting, workshops, food and more. The Alamar Belongs to All of Us Saturday, September 8 4 p.m. until 9 p.m.

El Sábado: El Alamar Es De Todos
Hoy: Firma nuestra petición para demostrar tu apoyo
Environmental Health Coalition te invita este próximo sábado 8 de septiembre al evento artístico "El Alamar es de Todos."
El Arroyo Alamar nace en Estados Unidos como Cottonwood Creek y en Mexico corre de Tecate al Océano Pacifico desembocando en el Estuario del Rio Tijuana, es un canal binacional muy importante. Una gran parte del arroyo ya esta canalizado provocando sequia de las aguas subterraneas, la desaparicion de espacios verdes naturales y eliminando las oportunidades para el desarrollo sustentable.
En el evento del sábado, tú, tu familia y amigos podrán aprender más sobre la importancia del Arroyo Alamar y la campaña "Sustentable Alamar" para proteger y restaurar la zona arbolada. El evento incluye música, baile, exposiciones de fotografía, pintura, talleres, comida y mas.
