ThanksWe did it!

You helped us beat our goal and we can go further

Dear Friends and EHC supporters,

Thanks to your holiday generosity, EHC ended 2011 on a high note and we're off to a great start in 2012.  With your help, we raised over $15,000 from more than 100 individuals toward our End of the Year Fundraising Campaign - that beat our goal and we're still going!

In 2011, 15 new Community Leaders graduated from EHC's signature education program (SALTA) and are now advocating for neighborhood and regional changes; next year we want to offer the SALTA program to 20 community members.  Each $1,000 donation sponsors the expenses of one new Leader for a year - including transportation, childcare, food, translation, materials, equipment, and professional trainers.  We've already raised the funds to support 15 new Community Leaders so if you haven't already given, please help us grow next year's class to 20 graduates

EHC's Fundraising Campaign will continue through January 31.  Help us sponsor five more Leaders with your tax-deductible donation of any amount today or consider sponsoring an EHC Leader for a full year with a recurring monthly gift of just $83.  EHC leaders have accomplished a lot over the past 30 years.  Help us empower more!

Happy New Year,

Diane Takvorian

Executive Director
