Tuition Assistance is Available!
An application for tuition assistance is available online at www.smarttuitionaid.com. If you prefer a Financial Aid Packet, please contact, Mrs. Carol Kirchman or Mr. Hogan, by email, letter or phone. You may come to the Main Office to pick up a packet or one can be sent home in a sealed envelope with your child.
Your application for Tuition Assistance must be submitted
by December 30, 2011 in order to be eligible for maximum financial aid.
When applying online use the St. Mary's school code: 10048.
Important Notes:
1. For those parents who registered online last year, you will need to re-register as a parent. In other words, you will need to create a new password, etc. You cannot use the same information as you did last year.
2. You will need to supply a copy of your 2010 tax return along with your completed application.
3. Deadline for filing is December 30, 2011.

The upper and lower grade students enjoyed working with their buddies.
The upper grades made beautiful cards and decorations for the residents of Bishop McCarthy - what a wonderful way to spread God's message to "Love One Another." Thank you again for all that you do for St. Mary's School.

Thank you for a fabulous Halloween Family Party!  Kudos to Mrs. Mary Ann Harris for chairing this event. Your hard work really paid off. Over 450 people were in attendance! Thank you to Mr. & Mrs. Hoffner, Mr. Saglimbeni and his kitchen crew and to all the parents who came out and helped. Let's not forget the 7th and 8th grade student volunteers. They did a fantastic job on the Haunted House, as well.
All of your efforts resulted in a great night!

BASKETBALL-CALLING ALL GIRLS!

St. Mary's Basketball teams want you! We are trying to form a girls team. If you are in 4th, 5th, 6th, 7th or 8th grades and want to play, now is your chance. Download a form from the school's website and join today!
The St. Mary's School basketball teams will hold a Spaghetti Dinner in the school gym from 11:30am - 5:00pm on Sunday, Nov. 13th.
Tickets are $10.00/each and children under 6 are free. All proceeds will be used to purchase equipment and uniforms for the teams. Download a form from our website or contact the school office to purchase tickets. |
NUNCRACKERS-Nunsense Christmas Musical

Tickets are on sale now for NUNCRACKERS on November 18th and 19th. Why go to Broadway and see a show when we have our very own incredibly talented group of characters right in our own backyard. If you loved last year's performance, you don't want to miss the sequel! Adults $35.00 and Children $15.00. Tickets available through the school website or at church.

If your organization would like to utilize our Weekly Communication emails or envelopes please adhere to the following guidelines:
1. All flyers and information must be approved by the Principal.
2. Submittals must be received no later than noon on Monday in a PDF format to be accepted. It will then be transmitted electronically.
3. Email all entries to mainoffice@smrschool.org.
4. Paper copies will not be sent home unless warranted
