SCHOOL MASS
| School Mass, hosted by the seventh grade class, will be held this Friday,
October 7th at 9:00am in the school gym. Students are required to wear
Dress Uniform. Parents and school community are always welcome to
attend.

ROOM PARENT MEETING

A meeting for anyone who would like to volunteer as Room Parent PTA Representatives, Room Event Coordinators, and Room Helpers:
There will be two sessions on Tuesday, October 11th to fit your schedule - please join us at 10am or 7pm. Feel free to email Patty Barse with any questions, pta@smrschool.org.

PHOTO MAKE-UP DATE

Individual photos will be made up on Wednesday, October 12th if your student was absent on their class picture day. Dress Uniform is required for Kindergarten through Seventh grades. Eighth grade must wear their regular uniform to school and may bring their casual attire for the photo.

PARENT/TEACHER CONFERENCES
| |
Parent/Teacher Conferences will take place Wednesday, October 19th (3:15pm-7:00pm) and Thursday, October 20th (8:00am-12:00pm). These conferences are an important part of student educational development. Parents are encouraged to meet with their child's teacher(s). Teachers will be sending home more information in order for parents to schedule appointments.

HALLOWEEN PARTY
| The annual St.Padre Pio Halloween party is now being hosted by St. Mary's School and St. Padre Pio Parish. The Halloween party will be held Saturday,October 29th from 6:00pm-9:00pm in the school gym. Cost is $10 per family. More information will follow next week. Volunteers are

GENTLE MARY'S STORE
| Beginning October 21st, Gentle Mary's Store will be open every Friday from 8:30am to 10:00am. All items are $1.00 each. We would appreciate donations of gently used uniforms, hangers, pant hangers and garment racks. All donations can be made at St. Mary's School Main Office.

If your organization would like to utilize our Weekly Communication emails or envelopes please adhere to the following guidelines:
1. All flyers and information must be approved by the Principal.
2. Submittals must be received no later than noon on Monday in a PDF format to be accepted. It will then be transmitted electronically.
3. Email all entries to mainoffice@smrschool.org.
4. Paper copies will not be sent home unless warranted
