Warm Wishes for Mrs. Yeager.
The school library just will not be the same! Mrs. Yeager, for personal reasons, has decided not to continue as librarian of the school. She will certainly be missed by everyone, especially the students. Mrs. Yeager has been a tremendous asset to the school as librarian over these past few years. We wish her well and many blessings.
Mrs. Sawyer, technology teacher, will assume the additional roll of librarian. Mrs. Sawyer will continue many of the outstanding literature activities that had been initiated over the years by Mrs. Yeager. Mrs. Sawyer is excited about her additional role as librarian and is looking forward to integrating technology into the library program.

| BACK TO SCHOOL NIGHT-GREAT SUCESS |

A "thank you" to all the parents/guardians who came out to meet their children's teachers on Back to School Night. We had a 73% turn out of parents from our school community. This is truly an indicator of what highly engaged parents we have at St. Mary's School. Your commitment to your children's education is certainly the impetus to the successes that teachers see daily in their classrooms. Let us continue to work together - administration, teachers, and parents - so that we can continue to provide the premier Catholic education that St. Mary's School is well known for. |
| PADRE PIO FESTIVAL |

The St. Padre Pio Festival is the Sunday, September 25th. Volunteers are still needed. Please contact the Parish Office and volunteer your time. The success of the festival directly impacts the subsidy we receive from the Parish. If you are unable to volunteer, please come out and celebrate the day with us. Faculty and staff will be working throughout the day at various booths. |

If your organization would like to utilize our Weekly Communication emails or envelopes please adhere to the following guidelines:
1. All flyers and information must be approved by the Principal.
2. Submittals must be received no later than noon on Monday in a PDF format to be accepted. It will then be transmitted electronically.
3. Email all entries to mainoffice@smrschool.org.
4. Paper copies will not be sent home unless warranted |
