Orientation Day

Thursday, August 16

1. All Countryside families (new and returning families) are invited to drop by the MC gym from 11:00 am till 3:00 pm for a FREE hot dog, chips and slushie. (Parents - please accompany our kids.)

2. While you're there you can register for

Family Bingo Night ... Mustang Madness ... Golf Classic

3. Check out the latest Booster Club apparel.

4. Meet with CMPTO representatives about the year's events.

5. Pick up a FREE Countryside car magnet at the One Fund table.

6. New Students to the Prosperity Church and Mallard Creek campuses will have special orientations sessions during this day. Please refer to the letter from your campus administrator for details about these important meetings (for both parents and students).

7. All 7th - 12th Grade Students and Families (new and returning) of the Johnston Oehler campus will be meeting on this day. Middle School @ 11:30 am and High School @ 12:30 pm

Saturday, September 15

Mark your calendar for our fourth annual 5K Trail Run, 1 Mile Fun Run/Walk and new this year: a Corn Hole Tournament.

This year we're adding a charitable component to our Mustang Madness event by partnering with the Sickle Cell Foundation. Participants are encouraged to donate $5.00 or more to the Sickle Cell Foundation* when they register for the 5K, 1 Mile or Corn Hole Tournament.

*Netanya Dennis, 7th grader at Countryside lost her father, Kenneth Charles Dennis five years ago to Sickle Cell Disease.

Here's how you can help Countryside win up to $10,000 in Target Gift Cards!

If you're on Facebook type "Give with Target" in the search bar and click on the app. Then click Countryside Montessori School in the list of eligible schools and vote for it weekly through September 8.

Countryside will receive a $25 Target Gift Card for every 25 votes received during the Promotion Period; up to a maximum of $10,000 in gift cards.

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. Voting ends on 9/8/12 at 11:59:59 p.m. CT or when $2.5 million in Target GiftCards have been awarded, whichever occurs first. Maximum of $10,000 in gift cards will be awarded per school. Voting is limited to legal residents of the 50 US/DC, 13 years of age and older. Limit one vote per person per week.
