This is an excellent opportunity for fiscal staff and Federal program staff to learn more about Federal Regulations including an in-depth study of EDGAR (Education Department General Administrative Regulations).

Michael Brustein, Esq., a national expert on the federal cost, administrative and audit principles will conduct the session. He will cover in depth cash management, property and procurement controls, evolving audit rules, time and effort certification, and the recently proposed changes by OMB in a new "Super Circular." These changes will impact your F&A and Indirect Cost Rates. Each attendee will receive a copy of the EDGAR rules and OMB Circulars. The cost of the workshop is $150.
