Greetings!

Last week, you should have received an updated agenda and last minute reminders for the Central Region Consortium's Annual Planning meeting from Jim, George and me.

Today, at the request of the CCCCO, we are sending the handouts related to the Chancellor's Office presentation, Doing What Matters for Jobs and the Economy, and ask you to review them in advance of the Planning Meeting, as time allows.  See link to handouts below.  Handouts include:
  • Doing What Matters for Jobs & the Economy - Strategic Framework, Van Ton-Quinlivan, Vice Chancellor.  DRAFT Version 24 as of May 10, 2012 is a  work in progress of the Strategic Framework.  Jeanine Estrada and Erin Larson would like your input during the June 7th presentation to share with Van.
  • The Mismatch of Skills & Jobs
  • Doing What Matters for Jobs & the Economy:  Labor Market Profiles prepared by the Centers of Excellence
  • Regional Policy Matrices:  SMART Workforce, April 2012, Report of the CA Economic Summit, Santa Clara, May 2012.

ALL handouts have been posted to the Central Region Consortium Web site at http://www.crconsortium.com/feed/annual-meeting/

These handouts are being duplicated for your use during the Annual Planning meeting.

Sincerely,

Sue Clark
