• According to http://weatherchannel.com, it looks like we may experience cloudy skies on Wednesday and Thursday with a 10% chance of rain.  On Friday, sunny skies are forecasted.  The temperature forecast is for a high of 59 degrees and a low of 50 degrees.
• Meals:  We will provide an afternoon snack and beverage on Wednesday afternoon.  Coffee, decaf, and tea will be available each morning in our meeting room.  Please plan to visit the Hotel Pacific Salon for your complimentary hotel breakfast. Lunch and afternoon snacks will be offered on Thursday.  In the past, we have offered lunch to the group on Friday afternoon.  Due to budget constraints, we will NOT offer lunch on Friday, and Friday's meeting will end by 12 noon. 
• Dress is casual.
Have a safe trip to Monterey, and we will see you on Wednesday to begin another great time of regional networking and planning!  We are glad you will be able to participate!
