Greetings!
I look forward to welcoming you to State Center Community College District's Clovis Center on September 30 and October 1, 2010 for the Facilitative Leadership Workshop: Tapping the Power of Participation! Today, I will mail a Facilitative Leadership prework booklet to your office. The assignments in this 12-page booklet will prepare you for success by introducing you to the main concepts of the workshop and asking you to apply those concepts to your own work situation. Please bring your booklet with you to the workshop, as you will be asked to share your responses during the first session on Day 1. We are fortunate to have Paul Cello and Sauda Burch as trainers for our workshop. Paul is an artist, consultant, and trainer with a passion for education. He has spent the last ten years using his skills to transfer awareness and collaborative capability in corporate and non-profit organizations across the globe with areas of focus in leadership development, collaborative change management consulting, coaching, and the design and delivery of experiential learning events. Sauda is a former Senior Associate with the Interaction Institute for Social Change. Currently, she is an independent consultant providing organizational support to nonprofit and public sector agencies. She partners with an array of nonprofit and community organizations to facilitate diversity, anti-oppression and conflict management workshops. She also provides strategic planning, executive coaching, and team development support. Teamed together, Paul and Sauda will bring a rich blend of their talents and experiences to you for an exceptional learning experience! I look forward to seeing you soon. |
