The workshop is designed to enhance the effectiveness of leaders. By the end of the workshop, you can expect to have: 1) a broader awareness of yourself as a leader-your behavior, mind-set, and aspirations; 2) an expanded repertoire of skills and practical tools for tapping the creativity and experience of those you work with; and 3) a vision of the impact you would like to have as a leaders and an action plan for how you intend to achieve that impact. Please consider inviting your college's Academic Senate President, Curriculum Committee Chair, or a Faculty Department Head to join you! Two seats are reserved for your college until the deadline date of August 31, 2010. Space is limited. You, and your faculty leader, must register and submit a nominal registration fee of $50 by August 31, 2010.
