Though the title of my letter shows my age, know this, the future of our marketplace is getting brighter everyday. How do I know? Well, BBB membership is up year to date and higher than it was two years ago. Consumers are visiting our local website more than ever with over two million visits this year (not to mention our national website, www.bbb.org , receives nearly four million users each month). The media is constantly reporting that the public is looking for ways to protect their identities and for assistance to make sound buying decisions which is exactly what your BBB does.
