David O'Brien to Present The State of Leadership 2012 at MWHRMA Event


David O'Brien will be the featured speaker at the MetroWest Human Resource Management Association's monthly breakfast meeting on May 8, 2012 at the Clark University Graduate School of Management in Southborough, MA. His presentation entitled The State of Leadership 2012 offers many valuable insights into the key dimensions of leadership success in 2012 and beyond. It also provides a framework for expanding HR's influence, impact and value. This program has been approved by HRCI for 1.50 strategic business recertification credits. New Keynote Speech Inspires Employee Engagement & Accountability


After two years in the exploration stage and three months of development, David O'Brien delivered Discovering Your Role in Creating a Fantastic Workplace to an enthusiastic group of nearly 200 at the 2012 CPMA Conference at Mohegan Sun on March 23rd. The highly motivational 60-minute keynote explores the critical role that all employees must play in creating a fantastic workplace. In addition to exploring the impact of workplace behaviors, the presentation offers proven strategies for achieving a higher level of personal accountability, engagement and job satisfaction.
