Wow what a month! Did everyone feel that major planetary shift? We are living in an extraordinary place and time! Find your core and center on it. Don't focus too hard or too long on the change - it is much more important to be in the moment and hold positive possibility. The Mexica New Year was once again amazingly beautiful. The Calla Lilies brought in from our community held a strong place in the ceremony, which marks the year of 12 Reed. "The 12 represents continuous acquiring of internal beauty and brightness of our essence and spirit. The Reed is strong, very straight. They always grow in a community and together they are even stronger." It's a good focus for the year. On this trip we also connected with the gentle folks in the community of WindTree. What a site to be living in! We hope to come together with them again in the future. The interview with the Earth Medicine Alliance also went well and we will have an online link to the interview soon. Their website is www.earthmedicine.org. And Vision Quest will be upon us soon. Thank you to those who have donated time and tithings. We could use more volunteers to deliver meals up to base camp on the 22nd and 23rd. I'm asking my community to hold these Questers in your heart and to send them light. For when they are questing, they are giving away for us, holding us, praying for us. So during the days between April 20-24th, whenever you drink water, you will also quench their thirst, and when you eat good food, set your intentions to also eat for them. Finally, I'll be squeezing in an Empowerment through Ritual & Ceremony class at the end of the month, and I hope to see a few of you. These classes are prerequisite for additional trainings such as Firekeeper or to undertake Vision Quest. They deepen every aspect of your ceremonial experience. We call this feeling being shot with "dark arrows."
