We have postponed the Open House and are now actively looking for a new location, in the same general area. Our wish list, Great Spirit: Plenty of space with a couple of dwellings (and more that one bathroom), land large enough for a sweat lodge, a medicine wheel, ceremonies, storage facilities for equipment, good water, gardening, easy access for the community, and parking. With this we send our intentions of greater service...AHO Any leads are greatly appreciated. Azteca Mexica New Year
Dates: March 12-12
The sacred Mayan prophecies have stated, "A time will come when the eagle of the north shall meet with the condor of the south. At this time, all the tribes will join together and form a Gathering of Elders. In these gatherings the elders will share their traditions and medicines with each other. When the elders have gathered, they will then disburse to share this ancient knowledge and wisdom with all of humanity. This prophecy has come to pass."
We are heading to San Jose to join our Mexica sisters and brothers for their wonderful annual ceremony of renewal.
It's always a beautiful event. This year we are once again participating in the altar building by supplying Calla Lily flowers (the flowers in the famous Diego Rivera paintings). If you have a source for them and can get them to Hua by noon on March 11th, please call 805.481.0892.
By attending this Ceremony, we are weaving together and supporting our sister community as they support ours, and it's also great fun!

CLEAN and Undeterred: Personal Cleansing Ritual
A message from Hua: "A person may come to me feeling as though they have been psychically or energetically attacked. They may feel as though something negative has been attached, sucking their energies away. We call this feeling being shot with "dark arrows." I use sacred powerful medicines that have been passed to me through the years, to cut the ties of attachment, the energetic cables and wires which I can see attached to that person. I use special eyes and other clair-senses: guides, listening - my whole bag of tricks - to clean up what is not theirs, that which has gotten in the way, attached to where it does not belong."
