Blessings to all.
We were rained out at last month's Sweat Lodge and
in its place we had a magnificent Sacred Pipe Ceremony. How moving
prayers are in circle.
The Church of Empowerment is experiencing lots of positive
movement. We have been very busy with a number of projects such as
putting out a NEW BLOG and this new formatting of the monthly
offerings. We are wanting more connection with our community! Also, we
have changed the day for the Drum Circle gathering to the third
Thursday of the month in order to make it more available for people's
schedules.
We are beginning a more powerful expression of the church and
opening it up so that all who want to can be on board. Stay tuned for
opportunities for you to get involved! You can look forward to more
communications this month.

Saturday Feb 13th at 12 PM
You are encouraged to come in an hour early to help
with set up. Wood donations are gleefully appreciated, as are
monetary donations towards wood purchases.
There is a Potluck after Sweat Lodge, so bring
your favorite dish to share and a gallon of good drinking water to donate!

Drum Circle - 3rd Thursday of the Month
This will be a place for prayer stick, community
bonding, and learning circle songs. Open to all sisters and brothers.Every Third Thursday of the month, 7-9 pm.This month's Circle will be Feb 18th. Open to
sisters and brothers who want to participate. Munchies and water welcomed. RSVP to Hua.

attend both days)
Cost $111.00 with a $ 50.00 advance to hold
place.

Vision Quest Update:
We have found a site for the Questing. Out in
rural Paso Robles, there is a beautiful spot where we can Quest and be safe. We
will be setting up this site in the early spring. Those that are interested in
participating as part of the set up crew, please let us know. We will be giving
notice as to the dates and other info closer to that time. Thank you!
