Quincy University is proud to announce that an anonymous donor has pledged a $100,000 gift to an Endowed Scholarship fund this holiday season...but there is a catch!  In order for the university to receive the gift, other alumni and friends must donate a total of $200,000 to any existing or new Endowed Fund by May 31, 2012 (the end of the fiscal year).  To help us reach this goal, visit the  advancement page on the QU site.

It's never too early (even in December) to start thinking about baseball season!  Quincy University is in the early stages of securing a block of tickets to the St. Louis Cardinals game against the Chicago Cubs on April 14-the Cardinals' second home game of 2012.  And as we all know, the Cardinals/Cubs rivalry is very strong among QU alumni!  Further details (including pricing) will be announced in the weeks to come.  Stay tuned!

Thank you to all who dawned brown and white and joined us in downtown Chicago to see our Hawks take on the Division 1 UIC Flames.  Nearly 100 alumni and friends of Quincy University were in attendance to cheer our Hawks to a 65-61 victory!  After the game, Hawks' Coach Marty Bell met up with dozens of Hawks' fans at nearby Tufano's Restaurant, where he was greeted with a Quincy University standing ovation!
