See Jane Run. Run for Our Sons. |
Connor is the son of Brian and Deanna Vassigh. He is 1 in 3500 children born each year to a fatal disease called Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy. He is a 4 year old boy that loves to run and play with his twin brother, Austin. He is like any other 4 year old except he is slowly being robbed of functioning muscles. Our fearless leader, Jane Henry, has taken on the challenge of running the Walt Disney Goofy Race (39.3 miles in 2 days) to raise money for Parent Project for Muscular Dystrophy. PPMD is a nonprofit organization that strives to improve the treatment, quality of life, and long term outlook for all individuals affected with this disease.
