Co-founder and Brewmeister Paul Traver from our own local Great Swamp Brewing Company will be on hand for this great night. Paul will discuss variations in different beer styles from light lagers to ales to stouts. We will be tasting five different varieties of beer, some from our own great list and some special Great Black Swamp brews. Served with these fine beers will be some select appetizers.
