My Weight Loss Challenge On May 1st my 4th Weight Loss Challenge was launched and 36 participants stepped up for the Challenge. They now have 6-weeks to lose the most percentage of weight, with the top three "losers" winning the pot on June 12th.
Good luck to all of them and for those of you who didn't make it on Sunday there is still time to join. Simply email me to arrange a weigh in, read the Rules below and print off a registration form.
