Volunteers Needed
STILL NEEDED: volunteers to make CCBT's 10th anniversary season a great success.

Below is a list of important volunteer positions that we still need filled for CCBT's upcoming 10th anniversary season.  Some of the positions require a small time commitment while others will require more time.  Some can be done at home.  Some are specific to performances (e.g. Nutcracker) while others will require time throughout the entire CCBT season.
  • Website management
  • Fundraising Committee (We still need a Chairperson for this one)
    • Sugar Plum Fairy Tea Committee (need lead for this)
    • Specific fundraisers (e.g. flowers, candles, pizza, etc.)
    • Bake sales/Concessions committee
    • Nutcracker Boutique Committee
  • Public Relations
    • Ad sales
    • Online postings, message boards etc.
    • Distribution of Publicity
  • Community Outreach & Charity Events committee
  • Finance Committee (budgeting, forecasting, accounting, etc.)

We will also need some volunteers that are performance specific. The following is a list of those needed for the 2010 Nutcracker.
  • Dressing room moms
  • Security table (check-in/out)
  • Wardrobe support (mending, sewing, etc.)
  • Theatre Load-in/out crew (this is a great one for dads)
  • Boutique salespersons (Performances and Teas)

If there is an area in which you would be interested in helping out or would like more information about a specific role, please contact Jennifer Dunaway at 972-742-4555.

Patrons Program Reception
Hosted by Capital One Bank

Saturday, August 28, 2010
6:00 - 9:00 pm
Hathaway Academy of Ballet

Plano, TX 75025

We have reached an important milestone: our 10th Anniversary Season. With great appreciation, we thank so many of you for being committed to Collin County Ballet Theatre in its journey over the past 10 years. Please join us for an evening of wine, food, song, and dance, as we celebrate the beginning of this landmark season.

As any non-profit organization, reliance on fundraising, contributions, special events and ticket sales is essential to produce the art. We are at the beginning of the season, and there are immediate financial needs to prepare for the 2010-11 10th Anniversary Season.

The evening will also kick-off our new Performance Patron Program: Many of you are familiar with the CCBT Guild Membership program of prior years. In honor of this 10th season, we are introducing a new Performance Patron Program. This new Program enables us to combine the
old Guild program with community and individual giving. The benefits will be the same for all patrons, and we look forward to this program to make CCBT even stronger.

All patrons will have the opportunity to win Season Tickets for all Collin County Ballet Theatre performances at the Eisemann Center for the Performing Arts.

What a fantastic year we hope to have!  We ask that you make plans to be a part of this landmark season.

Our sincere gratitude,
Kirt & Linda Hathaway
