Kentucky Derby home stretchThe Kentucky Derby is the most prestigious Grade I stakes race in the world.  Each year, the fiercest 3-year-old Thoroughbred horses "Run for the Roses" and the glory of  winner's circle at Churchill Downs.

At Silky's, the Kentucky Derby holds a special place in our hearts, because our establishment is named in honor of the famous racehorse Silky Sullivan.

Come dressed up for the races- that means start puttin' together that special Derby outfit.  Get creative or classy, and you may win our Derby Hat Contest!

We'll have Mint Julep cocktails, food & drink specials, and prize drawings.  Call to reserve your seat!
