Turkey Day Eve- Wed. Nov. 25th
Several years ago, a small group of Fountain Valley High School alumni decided that the night before Thanksgiving was a perfect evening for an informal reunion.  Everyone would be home to visit family, no one had to work the next day, and Silky Sullivan's was right around the corner...so the first annual Turkey Day Eve was born!
Cheers at Silky's
Each year the event has grown, and Silky's has become the #1 place to be on the night before Thanksgiving.  Don't miss out on a great excuse to party on a Wednesday and see all your old friends...

  Must-See Match-Ups
There is a lot going on in the world of sports during November.  As the World Series brings a great year of baseball to an end, the NBA and NHL seasons are just getting underway; meanwhile we find ourselves smack-dab in the middle of a Fall football frenzy.

Here are some things to look forward to in sports this month (a.k.a. good excuses to call some friends and grab a pitcher @ Silky's!)
  • MLB World Series- Yankees vs. Phillies
  • Steelers vs. Broncos-  Monday Night Football Nov. 9th
  • Ducks vs. Red Wings (revenge match)- Saturday Nov. 14th
  • Patriots vs. Saints- Monday Night Foootball Nov. 30th
P.S.- We do breakfast too...and it's delicious!
Silky's Breakfast Menu thumbnailIf Silky's is not one of the first places that comes to mind when you wake up on a Sunday morning craving some breakfast, you should add it to the list!  Our Breakfast Faire offers a myriad of hearty and delicious options that certainly won't break the bank.

Our egg feasts and omelettes come with Silky's special potatoes, sauteed with onions, and green & red bell peppers.  Other popular selections include our Corned Beef Hash, Rib Eye Steak & Eggs, Fajita Scramble, & Pancakes fresh off the griddle.
