25 Years and counting...
In 1982, three guys had a crazy idea to turn the old Fountain Valley post office into an Irish Pub. And 25 years later, Silky Sullivan's has stayed true to its "come-from-behind" inspiration and is still going strong! Help us raise a glass (well, several glasses) to a quarter century of steaks, dancing and bevies in the heart of Fountain Valley. Silky's is hosting five days of celebration, with live music, good friends and a few surprises...

We're Going Green
Silky's
now uses biodegradable/compostable to-go
containers...trying to do our part to limit our environmental
footprint, one soup bowl at a time.
Check out the specs on our new eco-friendly bowls:

- Biodegradable Products Institute Certified
- Compostable in a commercial compost facility
Our e-newsletter program is another effort to preserve our planet for
future generations to enjoy. By encouraging our fans, who have been
receiving our monthly calendar by mail, to switch to e-newsletters, we
hope to lessen paper waste and unnecessary postage.
