If you are available, I would really like someone from BHSU to attend. You would be merely an observer and would not be required--or even allowed--to speak.   Our goal remains to have every campus represented.

We will meet on Wednesday, January 5, 9:30 a.m. at the BOR Offices in Pierre.  I expect the session to run until mid-afternoon.  Our side will meet for lunch in a private meeting room around noon-ish. COHE will reimburse all costs.

At this second session, I proposed three items for the agenda.

1.       Discuss Ground Rules

2.       Finish our questions about BOR's proposals

3.       Present our proposals. I will bring paper copies for everyone.  If you attend, I will provide an e-copy of the final language on Sunday evening.

You may wish to arrive the night before and stay overnight in Pierre at COHE's expense.  And/or you are invited to attend the all COHE members meeting on Tuesday, January 4, 11:30 a.m., Al's Oasis, Oacoma.
