After 14 years of administering Harmoni Centre, we're taking a break during the month of July to spend time with family, visit Washington and relax in Cape Cod.  In August, we'll be creating new courses, organizing more retreats and new workshops for the fall.
We are looking forward to re-energizing and doing some inner cleansing work of our own, which will allow us to be more creative with our teaching, guiding and sharing mandates. We will be focusing more on what we love to do - our couple, family, swimming, hiking, travel, writing, reading, yoga, breathwork, biking, laughing, cooking, eating, teaching, the hammock and enjoying life to the max... these are the big rocks for us.
