The Breathing Course
Proper breathing technique spills over into all areas of your life - mind, body, spirit, health, relationships and inner calm and peace. If your breath is compromised, you will not perform at your optimum level, sleep will be disturbed, healing will be stunted or slowed down and your energy levels will suffer. Meditation 1

Meditation 2
The ideas presented in Level 1 will be developed further and our focus will be on
reconnecting mind and body through sense awareness, mindful living, group support
and healing practices.
