Professionalism Trumps Price
A survey by CarWoo.com proves it
CarWoo.com, an automotive marketplace website, did a study with transactional and behavioral data which shows that price is not the most important reason as to why a customer picks or doesn't pick a particular dealership to do business with. When a customer gives a 5 star review to a dealership, they list dealer professionalism as the most important factor 47% of the time and price only 14%. When dissatisfied buyers gave dealers 1 star reviews, they cited unprofessionalism as the reason 44% of the time, and, blamed price only 19% of the time. The study also shows that 54.6% of the time the lowest price offer was not the one the buyer took. That increases to 57.5% when eliminating cases where buyers received only a single offer. This study seems to contradict the myth that price is the most important thing on a customer's mind.

Jazz on the Green kicks off June 30th
For the third year in a row, the highly acclaimed Jazz on the Green series returns to Branford starting June 30th. Adorable Adoptable Animals
Each month we feature an animal in need to help local shelters and halfway houses find pets their "forever homes."
Banks is an absolutely beautiful guy with a heart of gold. His special needs is that he is deaf. He would do best in a home WITH other dogs so that he may follow their lead, and he loves other dogs a lot!! Banks should also be in a fenced in yard to protect him. He loves people a lot too!
