Premier at the Guilford Fair
For the 11th time, Premier Subaru made an appearance during the weekend of September 17th through 19th at the Guilford Fair in Guilford, Connecticut. Sales Consultant Barbara Mullen officially ran the booth which featured one of our new Subaru Outbacks. It was a pleasant experience to see all of our loyal customers there!

Excerpts from Happy Customers!
Hello, Mr. Alvine,
I want to take the time to let you know of the help your dealership (service) manager, and mechanic Charlie, provided me (with) today. They both were very helpful in assessing and explaining the problem I'm experiencing with my 2000 Subaru Legacy 2.5.
The car had begun to repeatedly yet inconsistently overheat. I had the thermostat replaced but, to no avail. . . . Of course, this vehicle is beyond the warranty.
Dennis was kind and took into consideration the nature of the issue, along with some personal circumstances of my own . . . I want you to be aware of the good will and gratitude (he) created.
I've been a Subaru owner for decades and have spoken well of its performance to prospective buyers. In the future, I'll be pleased to mention the quality of customer service that I received at Premier Subaru.
Respect and kindness goes a long way with the public. I believe it's the best marketing tool there is..
- Heidi, Branford I want to make certain that everyone concerned, including Mr. Alvine, knows how wonderful I think your Service Department is. Just last week I e-mailed for an appointment for a 30,000 mile Maintenance and got a very curious and prompt email back with a date and time for this past Friday. I had several conversations during the day regarding the service with Jamie and Angie who were both amazing with the information they convey as well as "nice to know" info as well. They are both professional and knowledgeable and a credit to your business.
Not only did I get a loaner that was clean to use for the day but when I pulled up at 8:00 for my scheduled appointment, I mentioned to the gentleman that was standing there that I had a scratch the length of two doors on the passengers side and I would appreciate anything they could do to make it less conspicuous. Amazingly, I have to look long and hard to even see where the scratch was and I am overjoyed for this service alone.
Enough said for now, but please know that you have a very satisfied customer in me and I'm sure in many others given the excellent service at Premier Subaru.

Adorable Adoptable Animals
Through the Subaru "Share the Love" Campaign, Premier has worked with the ASPCA, an organization that does a tremendous job saving and protecting the lives of many otherwise-homeless dogs, cats and other pets.
Each month, we're featuring an animal that needs some help! This month we are featuring the all-new Branford Compassion Club, which helps to rescue unwanted cats.
Louie was inherited when his former owner passed away suddenly, but his current owner isn't allowed to have cats in her apartment and her landlord has given her one week to get rid of him. Shes called all of the local shelters and they are full. He's affectionate, cuddly and loving. He's neutered and in good health. Anyone interested in Louie should call Wendy at (203) 654-0901.
