| Best Year Ever! |
 In a economy that saw one of the worst years in the history of the auto industry, Subaru has been one of the few positive stories of the year . . . and what a positive it was. Subaru of America shattered their all-time sales record, delivering over 215,000 total new Subarus, a full 15% over 2008 and about 7.5% over their best previous year, 2006. Subaru is also at an all-time high in market share as well. Subaru credits a lot of their success to having a solid product line and one of the greatest brand loyalties in the industry. Subaru is the only brand in which every model won the IIHS Top Safety Pick Award. Automotive Lease Guide has also announced that Subaru is the #1 brand in terms of residual value in the Industry. The Subaru Forester had won Motor Trend Sport/Utility of the Year for the 2009 model year, which the Subaru Outback matched that feat for 2010. Not only did this news help us sell more cars in 2009, but it will give us added confidence and momentum heading into 2010.
Premier Subaru also celebrated their best year in 2009, and would like to thank all of those individuals who purchased vehicles with us. We truly appreciate and look forward to assisting you in any way possible in 2010 as well!

 Letters from Happy Customers!
Today I brought my car in for an oil change and to find out what was making a noise. This was the perfect opportunity to take advantage of a customer. I was called to the desk and informed that my oil was changed and the noise was identified, minor adjustments made and there was no charge other than for the oil change.
