Changing Course?
We've heard that the current economic cycle is stimulating many of GVLT's friends to revisit their retirement and estate plans. This would be the ideal time to ask your financial or legal advisor about how charitable giving might fit into your financial and estate plans. There are a wide variety of options available including bequests, lifetime planned gifts, gifts of securities or real estate. Some simply make GVLT the beneficiary of an IRA or life insurance policy. GVLT has professional advisors who are available for consultation. If you would like to know more about how such gifts could benefit GVLT to permanently conserve our landscape and provide community trails, please contact our executive director, Stephen Johnson.
