The event enabled the CAP team to meet with numerous

Commercialization Boot Camps

The Commercialization Assistance Program (CAP) presented another Commercialization Boot Camp on September 29th and had over 20 entrepreneurs attend the event.

During the event, five pre-selected entrepreneurs had the opportunity to practice their sales pitch to the room. Having the opportunity to present their business venture to a crowd of people was a great experience for the five entrepreneurs and an excellent learning experience for the audience.

Participants in the Boot Camp learned about the process of commercialization, specialized aspects of IP and marketing, and about the services available through BCIT and its network.

The next Boot Camp will be on Nov. 24, 2010 at the CARI building.
