Tony Asseiro has joined the Applied Research Liaison Office (ARLO) as a manager of  BCIT's Intellectual Property portfolio.
 
He will be encouraging disclosures of innovations by
BCIT staff and students.
Tony is also supporting BCIT's Commercialization Assistance Programs team and is advising BC inventors and innovators on intellectual property and business development. Read more

BCIT Innovates: a challenge for entrepreneurial and inventive students.

The Applied Research Liaison Office (ARLO) recently launched BCIT Innovates, a contest aimed at connecting students with BCIT's commercialization expertise and services.
The contest, which carries a grand prize worth $5,000, encourages students to adopt an entrepreneurial stance early in their careers.

The segment, called Herbal Magic: Magic in a Bottle?, investigates a Canadian diet company known for its herbal
supplements.
