ARLO perations Management Students Deliver Manual and Database to the Applied Research Liaison Office (ARLO). |
We at ARLO had high expectations of the BCIT Operations Management students assigned to work with us, and Gary and Roy did not disappoint.
We asked them to come up with a Standard Operating Procedure for a relatively new event, which is never an easy task.
We sensed a little hesitation at the beginning of the project, but towards the end; they had a solid understanding of the process and made well received recommendations how to make the process as efficient as possible.

BCIT's Paula Brown recently joined the Advisory Board of the American Botanical Council (ABC).
Paula is the director of the BCIT Integrative Bioscience Research Cluster (IBRC).
Founded in 1988, the American Botanical Council is a leading international nonprofit organization addressing research and educational issues regarding herbs and medicinal plants.
