 ARLO Commercialization Bootcamp # 2

ARLO BootcampThe second ARLO commercialization boot camp was filled with speakers, product and idea pitches, and networking. Instead of filling the day with speakers and lectures, the event was structured so that entrepreneurs could connect with available resources at BCIT. 

BCIT staff and industry partners were able to sit down with industry experts and discuss what they need to do to get their product to market.

curtainBCIT researchers developed a retractable curtain rail that doesn't interfere with ceiling-mounted electronic lift equipment.

Traditional hospital curtains run on rails that butt up against each other, so that a fully enclosed, private, rectangular "room" can be created. These are the ones most of us are familiar with.  Read more
