Community Forum - Origin of Species

 Stimulate your mind and connect socially with other OLLI members at the November 16 Community Forum. Bernie Hartman, known for his fascinating OLLI Darwin courses, will focus on the publication of Darwin's Origin of Species 150 years ago this month.
Homemade cookies, coffee and tea will be served starting at 9:30 am. The presentation will run from 10:00 to noon. Join us in the spacious and comfortable Presentation Hall of the Higher Education Center in Medford, and feel free to bring a guest. For more details, click here.

Special Showing
There will be a special DVD presentation of the brilliant 2008 Stratford Canada Festival production of Shaw's "Caesar and Cleopatra", starring Christopher Plummer, filmed during a live performance on the Stratford Festival's main stage. The DVD will be shown in Room A from 1-3:30pm on Friday, November 13 and
again on Friday, November 20. Due to limited seating, please sign up for either showing by contacting the OLLI office.

of the initial supply of OLLI mugs sold quickly. A new supply is
arriving December 1. These will be distributed on a first come, first served basis. To reserve one or more mugs for yourself, prepay by visiting or phoning the OLLI office. This
may be the last chance to get an OLLI mug at the great price of $5
each. For those of you who already have a mug, the labelmaker has
arrived and can be used to personalize your mug.
