Happy New Year Stone Furniture Friends! We have returned from the Dallas Safari Expo. It was a success as we made many new connections and sold some furniture. We have enclosed photos of the most recent creations, including the new "Wine Buddy" and a table in place at its new home.
We also made the front page of the Lamar Ledger, while fueling up in Lamar, CO. |

Wine Buddy:

A Wine Buddy is a small, light weight table that is easy to move around. It is made for small spaces or any other space that needs a table to accommodate a wine glass, beer or other beverage. Coffee tables are great, but are not normally within an easy reach. So we have created the "Wine Buddy". They are attractive and sturdy and can be put wherever one might be needed.
Wine Buddy Introductory Price: $85.
Retail $120.

Great opportunities presented themselves at the Safari Expo.
I am working on drawings of a 10 foot Kodiak Bear sculpture for a lodge on Kodiak Island in Alaska.
I will keep you posted on developments of this possible future work.

Recent Delivery

We delivered this set of furniture on the way home in Albany, TX. Our clients said that they have tried all kinds of furniture, but the elements end up destroying everything.
This is the solution to that problem!
This part of Texas had not seen any rain for the greater part of the summer, until we showed up. This is officially our dirtiest delivery yet! Our trailer got this dirty just from going up the driveway, we had mud everywhere.

Where in the World is Stone 2 Furniture?

Houston, Texas
Here is the end table from my last newsletter in place at its new home. I enjoy making these custom tables, putting holes in the frames and rivets. This one is fitted with a huge piece of polished black granite. They are so interesting and functional works of art. A great piece for the living room.

In Memory of Gary
I built this cross in memory of our dear friend Gary, who we lost over the holidays. He was a beautiful friend and business supporter. The cross is made of rusted cable and has a stainless steel center that will remain shiny.

Once again we are heading to Arizona for the Carefree Fine Art & Wine Festival. If you are along the way and would like discounted delivery, please let us know as we leave the end of February.
We are in the process of lining up our summer shows and hope to make it back east and we will do the Colorado circuit of art festivals. Now is the perfect time to think about furniture for the spring! We're ready to get busy!!
Best wishes, Dwayne & Jill
