Cobb Atlanta Family,
Can you believe it is already summer? I have been trying to send you an end of season recap for almost 2 months now, and keep getting distracted by new volleyball items.
I can't believe the season is over, and we are into summer camps, and clinics. I want to thank every one of you for playing with Cobb Atlanta this last season. I enjoyed meeting all the players, parents, and watching your volleyball skills improve. I truly can't wait to see what next year holds in store for Cobb Atlanta!
In the right column of this newsletter you will see the end of season rankings. The coaching staff and I are so proud of each team's ranking and how they finished the season. We are looking forward to building even stronger teams next year! Please check out some the events we have going on this summer, and let us know if you need anything over the summer!
Several Cobb Atlanta coaches are participating in some grass tournaments over the summer, and we hope girls from the club will join us. We are also hosting a practice THIS week to work on playing with triples. Coach on 3's will start next week, so please be on the lookout for a separate email!

Outdoor Volleyball
| There are a few outdoor volleyball tournaments this summer. So grab some friends and make a team!
COBB ATLANTA will be having a PRACTICE night to go over the rules of outdoor and some strategies for playing triples. Practice night will be at McCleskey, THIS Thursday (June 10th) from 7-9:30 PM. The cost is $10 per player. This is limited to 6 teams, so email Jessica ASAP to reserve your spot!

| Summer Camps |
All Cobb Atlanta summer camps are held Monday through Thursday at McCleskey Middle School. They will start at 9 AM and end at 4 PM. Players are asked to bring a sack lunch each day to eat during their lunch break. Each camp will be run by current and former Cobb Atlanta coaches, and there will be a ratio of no more than 10 players to each coach. Each camp is limited to certain number of players to ensure everyone gets lots of touches on the ball! The cost for each camp is $150 for the week, due at registration.

Cobb Atlanta Volleyball Club is trying to help out one of our "home" facilities - McClesky Middle School. I'm sure we've all noticed the condition of the gyms floors; uneven coloring, faded lines (or non-existent!) and overall poor condition. We'd like to help them out by refinishing their floors - but we can't do it alone!
We are using Summer Camps and Clinics to raise money, but the total cost is about $10,000. We have $3,000 raised and expect to raise another 3,000-4,000 from camps! So please help us and make a donation today!
