Learn CPR for FREE!

The Spring Lake Township Fire Department is offering a free CPR class to the public. The American Heart Association Family & Friends CPR program teaches how to perform CPR in adults, children or infants, and how to help an adult, child, or infant who is choking. It is perfect for family members, friends and members of the general community who want to learn CPR but do not need a course completion card.  Classes will be held at Fire Station 2, 18516 174th Ave. on Wednesday October 20 from 6:30pm to 9:30pm or on Saturday, January 22, 9:00am to 12:00pm. Class size is limited. Call 616-844-0491 to enroll.

Spring Lake Township Parks and Recreation Fund

As our Township continues to grow and open spaces disappear, the importance of public parks and recreation becomes paramount. The Spring Lake Township Parks and Recreation Fund was set up by Spring Lake Township in 1995 for the purpose of supporting the development, operation and maintenance of Spring Lake Township parks and recreational activities.

As an endowed fund under the auspices of the Grand Haven Area Community Foundation, donations to the Spring Lake Township Parks and Recreation Fund may result in certain tax benefits. Your donation today helps ensure our parks and recreational activities for tomorrow! If you are interested in donating, please contact manager Gordon Gallagher at ggallagher@springlaketwp.org for more information.
