"Every man's memory is his private literature." ~ Aldous Huxley
How Are You Using Your Memory?
Do you use memory to support yourself or to sabotage your
biggest dreams?
You've trained your memory wonderfully to store, to recall,
and to retain the events of your life in databases.
- Some
databases contain the most wonderful memories of happiness, satisfaction,
and successes.
- Some
databases contain negative experiences, failure, and disappointment.
- The
negative memories hurt you through own holding on to them.
Take Action Now
You are one amazing
individual. You are a keen thinker. You can choose whatever thoughts you want to
think. You can desensitize the database with the disappointments by spending
some alone time thinking about "What is my greatest lesson here?" Once you see
the lesson, that database will empty out.
You will no longer be compelled to re-think unpleasant things. You can fully focus on happiness, satisfaction,
and success.
"God gave us memory so that we might have roses in December." ~ J. M. Barrie
